We're a holistic community massage & acupuncture centre who've been providing for the needs of clients in hackney & beyond since our inception in 2010.

We offer a variety of massages, full and partial, deep tissue, tui-na, or otherwise, with or without acupuncture, customised to client needs.

Whether you're seeking asssuagement of an ongoing ache or pain, alleviation of sports or repetitive strain injuries, or the easing of a more general well-being issue such as fatigue, tension headaches, insomnia, listlessness, poor circulation, diminished energy levels, or altered blood pressure, massages are a great way to help set yourself up again.

among the benefits of massage & acupuncture, two very ancient systems of healing, is their ability to relieve stress through release of tension.

We also therefore provide massage (whole-body and partial), whose principal aim is relaxation.
